A Fortune 500 client is looking for a dynamic and creative candidate to join us as a Marketing Support Manager (MSM) in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization. Ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with an eye for detail, approaches customer communications strategically, to perform and inform, and holds self accountable to manage multiple teams and projects. The team member will work with internal product business partners to understand what specific communications are needed to drive KPIs, and determine the optimal way to deliver the desired message regarding DIRECTV products. The MSM is responsible for strategic support and execution of high impact revenue marketing campaigns including premium channels, sports, TVOD and many new exciting upsell opportunities that require planning and mastery of messaging channels.
-3+ years in marketing roles managing marketing campaign go-to-market
-3+ years in in CRM managing email and direct mail campaign go-to-market
-3+ years marketing project management and/or go-to-market coordination
-Strong understanding of CRM best practices, including email design, driving engagement and deliverability, etc.
-Experience managing creative agency/partners
-Entertainment and/or tech industry experience
