Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a customer service representative to work in Fort Worth, TX. This person will work onsite and will have the opportunity as they finish there contract to then go to working hybrid remote, 2-3 days onsite. This person will be responsible for handling customer emails for any after sales tasks, for example: returns, shipment errors, missing orders, invoices, credits to vendors, debits to customers, etc. This person must have strong attention to detail in order to handles escalated issues properly and document claims appropriately while following external vendor processes appropriately. They will work hand in hand with other teams such as claims, sales, and purchasing.
Required Skills & Experience
Some College
Coachable eager to learn and pick up on new skills
Customer service experience that is situational, NOT JUST FOLLOWING A SCRIPT/PROMPT
Experience relating to billing, debits & credits, AP, AR, purchasing, logistics, invoicing, collections, or inventory
Hardworking with an outgoing personality
Ability to be a problem solver and aptitude to be forward-thinking
At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service oriented role
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and escalate issues appropriately
Strong typing skills: 35 wpm
Strong computer skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Supply chain or logistics experience
SAP experience
Inventory experience
