Client is single family office, located near Uptown in Dallas. We are looking for an Administrative / Personal Assistant whose role will be to assist the Owner and Chief of Staff (COS) with the day-to-day tasks for the family's Dallas residence and office. This position will require 40 hours per week, Monday -- Friday only. Candidate must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance. Mileage reimbursement available. This will be a contract to hire position. This person will be working with a small 5 member executive team as they support any operation ranging from coordinating with local vendors, scheduling appointments, picking up mail, taking care of office responsibilities, etc
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Complete errands as needed i.e., collect mail at PO Box, pick up dry cleaning, package and ship items
* Oversee vendors working in the residence for the duration of their work i.e., HVAC or plumbing contractors
* Make certain owners' vehicles are fueled and cleaned; reporting any issues back to COS
* Receive all incoming packages and distribute accordingly
* Wrap packages during the Christmas season per specific instructions
* Order supplies for office and residence
* Maintain office common areas and resource room
* Complete weekly & monthly reoccurring items as directed by COS
* Basic filing of A/P and A/R documents
Strong c level professionalism, eager attitude, must be extremely family oriented as this person will be working in a close knit family ran estate
