Job Description

Seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Project Manager in Dallas area. This resource will be working across 2 sites in the area- walking the site, tracking activities, & involving themselves in any high-risk activities. They will be onsite around 3x per week and sometimes more if any high-risk activities are planned (working from heights, material handling, deliveries, any large vehicles on campus, electrical work, working in a confined space...), or if there is an increase in safety incidents. There may be days where multiple sites need to be visited in one day if there are a lot of high-risk activities. They will be syncing up with the EHS specialist from the lease side to go over safety moments as well as KPIs. They will then report on weekly KPIs and should be able to capture them, digest, and present the KPIs. Must be able to speak to team in order to teach them about safety protocols as well as remaining calm during high-risk situations.

Required Skills & Experience

* Construction Project Management experience

* Experience with electrical sites, green field sites and end to end projects from grading & barebones construction to erecting stone cast walls and fully integrated construction

* 5+ years of Project Management safety experience

* Reviewing safety moments- following OSHA

* Running safety initiatives with teams - presentations

* Creating and implementing trainings

* Reporting on KPIs- able to read and understand trends

* Calm demeanor -- Able to remain calm during any critical moments & able to use it as an opportunity to train and learn from any incidents; able to guide and explain opposed to just telling

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience in Data Center environment

* Certifications in OSHA or other safety trainings

* Data Center and Critical Environment /Infrastructure Experience

* Familiar with Chicago code for safety
