Senior Director of Revenue Cycle

A Client of Insight Global is looking for a Remote Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations to serve as a Senior Leader for all Clinical Denials and Appeals related activities across all clients. This person will be collaborating with both internal leaders and external clients to achieve performance targets and identify opportunities for improvements. Other key responsibilities include identifying and developing additional clinical service offerings, recruiting and developing leadership team and staff, providing performance management, and managing applicable financials and expenses.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Healthcare Administration, or Equivalent Experience

8 + Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Revenue Cycle

Utilization Review or Case Management Certifications

Ability to Travel when needed (Could be up to 50%)

Ability to walk through hospital-based departments across broad campus settings, including Emergency Department Environments

Strong verbal and written Communication skills

Certification as Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Financial Healthcare Professional (CFHP)
