Your Opportunity: This is a entry-level position with the Desktop Support group of Charles Schwab & Co., and will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) for our Schwab internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment, has great customer service skills and a "can-do" spirit. What you’ll do: • Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers at Schwab with over 6,000 users. • System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops. • Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers. • Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed. • Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status. • Document work in various tools. (Remedy, Clarity) • Provide excellent customer support to Schwab employees. • Work at multiple sites. • Flexible Hours 8 -4:30 or 8:30 – 5:00
