An engineering firm in Destrehan, LA is looking for a Subcontract Administrator Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring construction subcontractors to ensure they are on schedule putting mitigation plans together for any cost issues that subcontractors might be running into. They will be forecasting, meeting all reporting requirements, following up as needed if any deficiencies are found. They will primarily work with the Construction Manager for the project, Project Controls and Reporting team, and safety personnel.
5-10+ years of experience assembling and bidding site construction subcontracts, administering requirements, and holding subcontracts accountable
Experience in the Oil & Gas or Industrial industry
Proficient in Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PPT, Projects)
SAP experience
HS Diploma
