On behalf of our client, we are seeking a remote, telecom billing analyst to resolve complex billing issues for a large telecom, wireline end client. In this role, you will be researching and identifying root cause analysis of intricate and complex billing issues related to voice and data services. You will need to be a critical thinker with experience from ATT in the past to understand the systems and yet still have a large learning curve to the end client's intricate billing processes. You will need to utilize advanced Excel skills to research and track issues then drive the solution to process adjustments and fully resolve large billing disputes. You will join a small team and must be able to take ownership, share knowledge, and work in a fast paced environment to help catch up as others are added to the team. Experience with Federal or State agencies is ideal.
- Previous ATT experience in telecom, wireline billings including circuits, AVPN's, voice and data services.
- Experience with root cause analysis of billing issues
- Advanced Excel skills: advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's
