Job Description

Our client is seeking a Level 1 IT Technician in San Antonio, TX in a beverage distribution center. This Technician will be responsible for receiving, setting up and delivering mobile devices to end users. This IT Tech should have experience supporting IOS/Android devices, Tablets and have experience using MDM tools to configure the devices. This resource must be willing to go on-site 5 days a week (M-F).

Required Skills & Experience

-2+ year of hands-on IT Support experience

-Knowledge and experience of Windows 10/11

-Experience imaging and troubleshooting Mobile Devices

-MDM experience

-Package and ship machines to end users

-Document any technical issues and feedback

-Report progress into project management office

-Excellent customer service skills
