An employer is looking to hire an RF Design Engineer to help with their high capacity inbuilding projects. This candidate will be responsible for creating and verifying RF designs through iBWave for stadiums, arenas, hospitals, and universities. This candidate will be working alongside this team's lead RF Design engineer and will be the main liaison between the project team and HQ. A qualified candidate will have their iBWave certification (level I, II, or III), be familiar with OEM equipment for rip and replace (Samsung, Nokia, or Ericsson RRH's and Solid, Corning, JMA, or Commscope equipment), and have experience working with high capacity inbuilding venues.
- 5+ years of RF design experience specializing in high capacity venue/arena/stadium in-building locations
- Familiar with inbuilding OEM's, POI, antenna, and RRH
- JMA
- Commscope
- Solid
- Corning
- Samsung, Nokia, or Ericsson as the signal source radio provider
- iBWave certification - doesn't matter what level
- Must possess the ability to review an existing hardware design and offer
expert level analysis on KPI compliance
- Knowledge of DRAN, ORAN design requirements
