Client is looking for a Restaurant Point of Sales Analyst to help support all internal systems for their department. Candidate will be responsible for configurating, troubleshooting, and identifying issues with open tickets to fix at a rapid pace. Must be able to dig into logs, find specific information and issues using a POS software. The client uses xpient, however any other kinds of POS experience will suffice. This team will handle tickets escalated from the desktop and contact center team. Must understand how the POS system functions, know how to troubleshoot and work without too much oversight as it's a fast pace environment.
- 3+ years of experience configurating and troubleshooting a POS backend system
- Full understanding of POS functions -- how it works on the backend
- Experience reading and analyzing logs and knowing how to identify and close out open tickets, xpient is the system the client uses
- Supporting POS issues on the software side, not just the hardware side.
- Verifone -- VHQ experience is a plus -- Payment devices from other vendors -- such as Freedom Pay -- Aloha
