An employer in the MSP space is seeking a Business Development Rep to join the sales team in accelerating the generation of business opportunities for the sales team. This person will reach out to prospects via cold calls, networking events, marketing campaigns, emails, and social media. Following up with finance and banking event attendees and presenting the company to potential customers, you will gain a keen understanding of what it takes to sell and thrive in the Managed Services industry. This person will qualify leads to be a ICP (ideal customer profile), then Identify client needs and position for a discovery meeting. They will set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Strategic Consultants. Additionally, report to Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) key performance indicator (KPI) results and stay up to date with new products and services offering.
