A client in the Fort Worth, TX area is looking for a Senior Kronos System Analyst to join their IT team in supporting all aspects of this client's Kronos application. You will be responsible for Kronos production support including application operations, enhancements/incidents depending upon what tickets are in the Kronos queue, and Kronos configurations and development. You will work closely with the Finance and HR teams as well as others within the Support Teams to ensure strong partnerships and alignment between business needs and the application solutions. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and delivering effective Kronos specific solutions for our business. This client has audit responsibilities which occur from July -- January, mainly providing Kronos information to auditors since Kronos is a financially significant application. This role requires someone to come onsite majority of the time to their campus in Irving, TX. This client works a 9/80 schedule so you will have off ever ither Friday.
-5+ years of hands on technical experience with Kronos in the following areas:
* Workforce Timekeeper including knowledge of Workforce Activities
* Workforce Integration Manager -- Must be able to create and update new interfaces as needed.
* Setup Data Manager
* Workforce Accruals
* Workforce Leave and Workforce Attendance
* Navigator Framework
* Workforce Mobile
* Extensive knowledge of Pay Policies configuration.
-Ability to create, modify, and run queries in Oracle
-Experience setting up interfaces between Kronos and other 3rd party applications (PeopleSoft and SAP preferred)
-Hands-on problem identification, problem resolution and problem documentation and communication
-Provide support for Payroll and HR functions
-Ability to work on a team and independently
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Computer Science, MIS, EE preferred)
