An employer in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Solutions Support Analyst Supervisor to join their team. This person will be responsible for oversight of the team of Desktop Support Analysts who are responsible for the maintenance and repair of desktops and applications that run on them. The Solutions Support Manager manages all desktop and related issues entered in the ticketing system. Must be able to perform advanced troubleshooting, multitask, and delegate daily duties to staff. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the organization's desktops, applications, and video collaboration systems along with equipment inventory and lifecycle maintenance. Will perform work assigned via the ticketing system and reports directly to the Director of Infrastructure.
