Insight Global is seeking an Inventory Analyst to sit onsite in Downtown Houston 5 days per week. This is a direct hire salaried position. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for tracking all station, terminal, pipeline inventories. Coordinate with trucking, pipeline, and marine companies to resolve and mitigate loss and quality issues. Monitor daily state severed lease reports and compliance issues. Book barge tickets, record transfers, and bulk tickets in PAK. Work with producers, trucking companies, and internal schedulers to minimize demurrage. Assists in oil and gas marketing and supply activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders daily via email and phone.
2+ years of experience in an oil and gas inventory, volume, tracking/logistics role
Experience with pipeline, trucking, barging, and shipping movements
Reconciliation and actualization experience
Daily contact with external counterparties to resolves accounting and contract issues
