This local government IT department is looking to add a field service/Desktop technician to its team. We are looking for a qualified candidate that can trouble shoot hardware problems, break fix, set up new equipment, and re image. They will also be responding to trouble tickets from the helpdesk. This position requires a candidate to drive to local locations using personal vehicle with gas reimbursed. First shift Monday-Friday.
4+ years experience in a Desktop or Field Technician role
Extensive experience supporting Windows 10 environments
Networking Experience, cabling any router experience
Cisco experience
Experience with VDI
Antivirus experience specifically with Cloud Strike
Imaging experience
Great communication both written and verbal
certifications: A+, network+, Microsoft certs, etc. , Network+
