A global maritime classification company is seeking a Sr. Oracle Database Administrator to join their team in the Spring, TX area. This person would be joining a team of 2 DBAs by providing day to day administration for their Oracle environment, including but not limited to: creating and maintaining databases, installing software, assisting with cloud migrations, and ensuring security best practices for their network and servers. This company has about 300 servers in their environment with 80% of those being on Oracle, and this person will be involved in a lot of Azure Cloud migration activities. This role is required to be 3 days/week onsite in the Spring, TX area.
