Insight Global is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage their client's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. The IT Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing technological operations and driving continuous improvement. This person will lead the management and maintenance of the client's IT infrastructure as a whole. Specifically, they will supervise and mentor a team of IT Desktop Support professionals to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. They will be in charge of overseeing incident and problem management processes and assist the Senior Delivery Manager with the IT operations budget. They will also ensure IT operations adhere to financial industry standards and regulatory requirements.
5 or more years of experience in IT operations management, with a track record of successfully managing complex IT environments in the financial sector
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking,
Experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure cloud technologies.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
.
Experience in managing IT budgets and resources effectively.
ITIL, MCITPE, O365 Administrator, Azure Architect certifications are a plus.
