Maximo Project Manager

An Oil & Gas client of Insight Global's is looking for a Project Manager to join their Project Delivery team. The program this candidate will be assisting with is a Maximo transformation. Currently, there are two separate markets (Houston and Calgary) that are operating on two Maximo instances. The idea of this program is to build one instance of Maximo and merge both markets, decommissioning the separate Maximo entities. Below are the different workstreams (Maximo modules) that this PM may be working on:

- Work Management (Pipeline, Facilities)

- Mobility

- Administration & Support

- Reporting/Start Centers

- Data Migration

- Build/Release Management

This candidate is required to be local to the Houston area. There is flexibility to work remote (out of Houston), if the candidate can commit to 1 week in the office per month.

5+ years of project management experience



Previous integration experience, integrating 2 systems



Strong understanding of project management principles including scope, budget, critical path method, scheduling, and resourcing



Excellent documentation skills



Mediation and Conflict Resolution skills



Ability to work in a fast pace environment and experience working on a project with a lot of moving parts



Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to executive stakeholders



Strong discernment and ability to make informed business decisions

Previous experience with a Maximo transformation



Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)



Previous experience working for an Oil and Gas company



Any relevant certifications (PMP)



Experience working within a Waterfall environment



Background in Business Analysis
