Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a banking client in the San Antonio area. They will act a s a liaison between various business units and enterprise technology teams. The individual will also work to understand business needs, document requirements, and collaborate with various technical teams to implement viable solutions. For the first three months this person will be in a shadow and orientation period before they take on BA responsibilities individually. Their main focuses are as follows:
Genesys
- ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) call flows
- Email routing
IVR Applications
- Call flows
- Data dependencies
- Technical dependencies
SMS Texting
- Building text campaigns
- Reviewing responses
- Report design
Infrastructure technology dependencies
3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
2+ years supporting telephony systems i.e. ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) call flows and email routing
2+ years supporting IVR applications i.e. call flows, data and technical dependencies
2+ years supporting SMS texting i.e. building text campaigns, reviewing responses and report design
Excellent interpersonal skills -- will be communicating with high level stakeholders
Fantastic writing skills -- will be writing requirements frequently
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or Business-related field
Experience with Genesys or Avaya
Experience with Workfront for time tracking
Experience working in finance or banking
