Configure, manage, and maintain the VMware infrastructure.
Create documentation, perform root cause analysis, quickly identify trends and recommend possible solutions.
Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software related issues.
Serve as a primary support and maintenance resource for customers.
Perform required maintenance off hours and support 24x7 operations of a large VMware infrastructure in accordance with established schedules and best practices.
Participate in requirements gathering.
Apply technologies to solve business problems and to develop innovative solutions.
Provide a range of solutions that are easy to consume, appropriately priced and of business value.
Architect and build key components of system solutions and tackle fundamental technical challenges.
Implement enterprise level, secure, resilient systems and tools.
Package these solutions with auditing, security, alerting and high availability.
