A mental health services company is looking to hire a Help Desk Manager in Ft Worth Texas. This role will function fully onsite, 5x a week Monday-Friday. As a help desk manager, you will manage a team of 6 technicians to provide top-level customer service help desk support. You will work in a Dell PC and Office 360 environment. The ideal candidate comes from a healthcare background and is aware of ADA compliance and HIPAA regulations since you will be working in a healthcare environment.
* 5+ years IT experience .
* Previous lead or managerial experience is required.
* Lead experience supporting Dell PC's and Iphones.
* Providing managerial support with leading the ticketing system and distributing of the queue.
* Excellent communication skills and loves to collaborate with a team.
* ADA compliance knowledge or Previous healthcare experience is a must.
