This Workday HCM Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all stages of Sysco's Workday Global HCM Implementation.
Currently Sysco uses Workday HCM, and this project will expand its use globally to 28,000 employees in 16 countries. The modules implemented will be Core, Basic Comp, Performance and Talent, Recruiting, Absence. In Canada they will also add Payroll and Time Tracking. The project will include the first steps to global job architecture redesign and optimization in Workday.
Redesign all Sysco's jobs in terms of job profiles and comp plan adjustments. Start in the US first, then roll out globally. Optimization of WorkDay -- involves workday organizations and entities and objects (regions, region hierarchies) those be reimagined and redesigned. Coordinating Sysco PM side and working with chosen consulting firm vendors.
