Billing Analyst

Day-to-day:

An employer is looking for a Billing Analyst to join a team in San Antonio, this person can sit remote. This position is supporting a new project focused on updating customer equipment and ensuring correct billing codes, information and equipment is shut off and active. The enterprise level project is supporting a bill migration from ICOMS to CSG. Majority of this candidate's day will be spent working in CSG, you will be communicating with internal employees via, outlook and Webex. On the job training is offered and should be viewed as more of a refresher in how to work in CSG billing platform.

Must Haves:

- 2+ years experince working in CSG billing system

- Order entry experience

- Experince with Salesforce and Microsoft office suite

Plusses:

* Previous experience working for telecommunications like Spectrum, Time Warner Cable or Charter Communications
