This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co. and will be subject to its human resources and risk policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to Schwab Charitable for day-to-day activities. The Donor Operations group is primarily focused on the operational work submitted by our Donors and Advisors, making outbound calls, inbound call coverage and sending Schwab Advisor Center Alerts. Timely and accurate processing of these items is critical for the success of our organization. This position will report to the Team Manager of Donor Services and will have extensive exposure to skip level leadership. Unleash your expertise: what you’re good at This role participates in Schwab’s Workplace Hybrid Program. Employees have the ability to work three days in the office and two days remotely each week. • Handle incoming operational volume for the Schwab Charitable Service organization. This would include remediation of cases, contribution queue, processing of forms & paperwork, email box’s, Transfer of Asset follow-up, hotline calls, weekly reports, amongst other tasks. • Possible follow up on not-in-good-order work, requesting corrected paperwork or new paperwork based on situation. • Collaborate with business partners to provide efficient and effective service for advisors and donors Engage your talents: what you’ll have • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience highly preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by absorbing and applying complex information quickly. • Time management skills with the ability to organize, manage and prioritize priorities. • Ability to multi-task and handle a large quantity of volume at once, while maintaining a high level of accuracy • Capable of working effectively within a team environment with the utmost professionalism • Flexible to work within the Hours of Operation; Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT.
