Job Description
Design and implement SD-WAN solutions to enhance network performance, security, and reliability across our global infrastructure.
Respond to network incidents related to routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs and Wi-Fi access points and restore systems to normal operating status
Configure and maintain Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environments, subnets, route tables, security groups, and network ACLs in AWS.
Implement and manage AWS Direct Connect and VPN connections to establish secure and reliable communication between on-premises data centers and AWS cloud.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize network resources for optimal efficiency.
Work with the security team to implement network security measures, including AWS Network Firewall, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and security groups.
Implement and manage AWS Transit Gateway and peering connections to enable efficient communication between VPCs.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years Network Engineering
Strong SDWAN based network experience with Cisco Meraki, VMWare VelloCloud, Fortinet or similar
Network and Network Security AWS Cloud experience
Ability to network ACLs in AWS
Implement and manage AWS Direct Connect and VPN Connections
Establish secure communication between on-premises data centers and AWS cloud
Manage AWS Transit Gateway
IAM, WAF and Security Group
Design, install and troubleshoot ISPs and other circuits
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting Windows and Linux servers
Network Certs
AWS certs
AWS Certified Advanced Networking
