Job Description

A client is looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager to lead their team in Austin, TX! This role will be a hybrid position, requiring this employee to come into the office a couple days/week.

* Customer Health Monitoring

* Customer Advocacy

* Customer Success Metrics

* Industry Knowledge & Best Practices

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of Customer Success experience

Experience working in a SaaS environment

Heavy customer-facing experience - experience renewing customers, tracking insights, giving ideas on how to improve their customer experience, customer advocacy, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Account Management at a SaaS company

Experience with GainSight or similar customer success technologies
