Job Description

Our client is seeking a Level 1 IT Technician in Houston, TX in a beverage distribution center. They will work alongside other technicians and image newly received hardware such as laptops, desktops, tablets and handhelds. This individual should have at least 1 year of IT support experience. They will begin working to roll out all of the new hardware but they may have to visit some of the other facilities to refresh their hardware as well. This resource must be willing to go on-site 5 days a week (M-F).

Required Skills & Experience

-1+ year of hands-on IT Support experience

-Knowledge and experience of Windows 10/11

-Experience imaging and troubleshooting new devices including with laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, tablets and handhelds; responsible for imaging newly received hardware

-Package and ship machines to end users

-Document any technical issues and feedback

-Report progress into project management office

-Excellent customer service skills
