Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a level 2 Database administrator to support the Database Operations team. The DBA will support multiple systems, technologies, and technical projects. This person will act as an escalation point for complex issues to assist tier 1 support. The DBA will identify, diagnose, resolve, and escalate problems in the database environment and communicate issues with peers/management. This person must be able to work some after hours and weekend support on a rotating on call basis.
