Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a desktop support technician for our fortune 500 client. Responsibilities include:

- Performs timely response and resolution to requests and incidents raised through various channels of support including but not limited to ticketing systems, email, chat, in-person, phone, etc.

- Create and maintain documentation of IT configuration, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:

- 3+ years experience in Desktop Support

- Experience with the Windows Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Activity Directory, iPhone

- Experience setting up A/V (LogiTech)

- Comfortable with Service Now Ticketing System

- Active Directory

- Experience fixes/configuration Ricoh Printers

- Strong and professional communication to users

- Confident in their answers/choices

- Professional attire for the interview

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Network Plus

- A+ Certification

- Azure password resets, security group formations, basic navigation, looking into user properties
