Insight Global is looking for a Product Setup Analyst in the Sugarland area of Houston, TX. This person will need to be familiar with SAP, which is the company's ERP system. In this role, he or she will be working with internal clients to understand requirements and answer inquiries, selecting and initiating the most effective processes to achieve client requirements, identifying and preventing potential setup issues in advance, troubleshooting when setup issues and delays occur, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. In addition, this person will be working with RD&E and Marketing on requirements for setup and translating into data appropriate for product setup. This is a full time, hybrid role on site 3 days a week in Sugarland.
2+ years of relevant experience in SAP (interacted, entering in master data, supply chain and logistics)
Experience with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Access and SharePoint
Previous experience with Data Entry in SAP and Gate Keeping
Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, and complex environment
