Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Administrator for a large client in the Dallas area. This person will be joining the IT Sales & Marketing organization and working alongside team of 4 other Admins, BA's and PO's. They will be responsible for day-to-day Salesforce Administration duties within their Sales, Marketing and Pardot cloud environment. Responsibilities may include Tier 1 ticketing issues, customizations within Salesforces, process flow improvements, enhancements, new features and overall maintenance.
Prepare for internal/Salesforce releases as well as manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
Work with management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules
Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Strong experience working with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Experience with workflows, custom objects, and integrations within Salesforce (3rd party applications, data warehouse, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience with Pardot Cloud
* Experience with Salesforce implementations as well as Administration
