A client in Houston, Texas is hiring an Executive Assistant to join their Sales Department. This individual will be reporting directly to the VP of Sales who oversees a department of 70 individuals. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating contract paperwork, assist with event planning, reporting, and special projects and travel for sales personnel. Other responsibilities include managing and upcoming customer information, managing the department's schedule and ensure the calendar is up to date and accurate. The Executive Assistant will work in the office with some flexibility for remote work.
