Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a large personal injury firm in San Antonio, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce systems to meet our client's business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce programming and client consulting, with a deep understanding of Java and development. Daily duties will include the below:
-Develop and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to enhance Salesforce functionality to meet business needs and requirements
-Collaborate with business stakeholders and/or Executive Committee to understand their business needs and requirements and provide solutions using Salesforce technology
-Design and implement custom objects, tabs, workflows, and approval processes
-Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into client data
-Perform data migrations using Data Loader and other tools
-Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
-Actively create and present proposals and/or quotes to potential clients.
-Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce System and assist with user training
-Ensure Product Owner maintains, updates, and prioritizes sprint backlog
-Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, features, functionality and best practices
-Lead full-cycle cloud technology implementations and/or improvement projects simultaneously
Required Skills & Experience
-3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development
-Experience managing a team of 3 or more
-Strong knowledge of Java development, Apex, Visualforce
-Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components
-Experience with client onboarding and Salesforce coding
-Salesforce Trailhead Certified
-Experience with scripting (Bash, Shell, Python)
-Experience with SQL queries

-Experience with legal practice management systems
