Job Description

About the role:

A client of Insight Global is looking for L1 Support Engineers to join their existing Cloud Service Desk team. This team does L1, L2 and L3 support for their clients that the company is actively engaged in delivering high-level cloud solutions to. This team is the crucial added layer of support that ensures the delivery of smooth implementation into new cloud and multi-cloud environments. Members of the team will be generalists in answering Azure, AWS and GCP requests and helping to troubleshoot incoming tickets and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

* 2 years experience in an IT Service Desk role

* Experience with troubleshooting AWS, Azure, GCP or multi-cloud environment support issues

* Go-getter, self-starter attitude to take ownership of issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

* Experience with 2 or more cloud environment troubleshooting

* Experience working with external clients to remediate issues

* Experience with AutoTask ticketing system
