One of DFWs leading healthcare clients is looking for a EPIC Clinical Research Analyst Lead to join their team. This individual is responsible for troubleshooting tickets that come through zendesk. They will be responsible for building, testing, implementations, and researching tickets. The ideal candidate will have experience leading past projects and able to showcase their leadership ability. This person must also be comfortable supporting non EPIC Applications. Some questions to ask when speaking with candidates:
-Are you okay with onsite or remote, first week every day onsite after that 2 days? Answer must be yes
-If this person doesn't have research experience, are they willing to venture out and becoming certified and supporting non epic applications (epic is one of the 5 they may use- this person needs to be okay with this!)
-Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Information Systems, Informatics, Information technology, or Science
-at least 8 years of experience with clinical software (at least 5 of those years need to be within healthcare IT specifically)
-Research background
-EPIC Certified (EPIC Research Certified) (other accepted certifications- EPIC Ambulatory, EPIC Clin Doc)
