The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate audio and video systems, as well as the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot these systems. The technician will also be responsible for specifying, installing, providing technical support, and maintaining the company's audio/video equipment. The technician will also work with outside contractors to specify, install, and repair audio/video equipment at remote locations.
3+ years of experience in audio/video installation and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of audio and video systems.
Basic computer networking skills.
Bachelor's degree in audio/video technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
