Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Lead, Workday/Kronos Product Owner to join an entertainment client in Coppell, TX. The Product Owner will be solely responsible for the implementation of Workday and partner with an HR resource for the implementation of Kronos. This resource will spend 70-75% of their time focused on the Workday implementation. The PO will be an SME for Workday to make recommendations and provide solutions for the launch, manage releases, and bi-yearly feature additions. This resource will interact with stakeholders, executives, and the engineering teams to relay necessary business and technical requirements and updates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, problem solving skills, and ability to work cross functional across the environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, focusing on enterprise systems such as Workday and Kronos.

- Subject matter expert with Workday (end-to-end implementation) to provide insights, recommendations, and solutions for optimized implementation.

- Experience working and leading in an Agile environment

- Ability to work with cross functional teams including but not limited to HR, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, etc.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to interact and present to c-suite level executives and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Kronos

- Experience working in the restaurant, gamming, or hospitality industry

- Certification(s) in Workday.
