Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Product Cash Treasury Manager to join a global leader in the FinTech industry. This candidate will be joining the Product Cash Management team that sits in Austin, Texas while reporting to the Head of Global Product Cash Management. They will work across different business functions including Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Product/Platform. Daily responsibilities include:
Providing oversight of the day-to-day cash management operations including:
o Cash flow, liquidity & FX forecasting, payments, and reconciliations
Incident management including, tracking, reporting, and supporting customer activities for fiat and flowing crypto.
Mitigate operational risks by identifying weaknesses and providing suggestions/feedback.
Assist with contract/instrument review and negotiations.
Identify opportunities to automate work when possible, such as through monitors, reports, dashboards & early warning mechanisms while working with the product & engineering teams.
Reconciling accounts determining cash flow & needs
Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
10+ years of experience in a treasury role
o Within regulated financial industries is preferred
5+ years of leadership experience
o Doesnt have to be a management position but at least some leadership responsibilities.
Experience with cash flow, liquidity & FX forecasting, payments & reconciliations
Familiarity with product flows & operational issues as they relate to payment rails
Experience with bank integration projects
o Knowledge of different banking instruments utilized for cash flow
Conversational Spanish or Portuguese speaking skills
Experience with Quantum, SAP, & FX
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
MBA, CFA, or CTP certifications
Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
Global treasury/finance experience
