Insight Global is looking for a Controls Service Supervisor for a construction engineering company in Houston, Texas. This person will provide front-line supervision of day to day operations of 3-6 controls service technicians and ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This person will monitor and coach technicians ensuring they are operating within guidelines of the company and the business unit, while conforming to state and local codes. They will participate in the hiring process and directly recommends candidates for hire, give feedback during reports and recommend ways to increase production and efficiency. This role is directly interfacing with customers and technicians to meet customer requirements and will perform four safety observations per month.
* 2+ year technical degree in related field is preferred
