SHI is looking for a Microsoft Solutions Architect - Microsoft 365 to implement, migrate and deploy Microsoft 365 workloads including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory and related solutions for our company's end customers and partners. They will be responsible for both designing and deploying Microsoft 365 technologies within the customers and partners environments.
* Consulting Experience working with 5+ clients and workstreams ongoing at a time
* Experience migrating on-prem to Exchange Online and EXO to EXO
* Ability to do full tenant to tenant migrations using tools like Bit Titan, Quest, etc.
* Heavy experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online required
* Proficiency with the implementation and support of Microsoft Office 365 solutions
* High understanding on executing scripts and connecting to environments utilizing PowerShell for automation, documentation, and standardization
* Expert and timely decision-making skills
* Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Drive to learn and deploy new Microsoft 365 Technology
* Receptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to provide guidance to customers and partners on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments
* Azure or MS Certifications
