Insight Global is looking for a 100% remote Sr. Change Manager to help develop change management strategy for an older Legacy Salesforce migration to a new modernized Salesforce environment. This Sr. Change Management will be responsible for providing guidance on Change management strategy and creating training plans for end users and business units for an enterprise level Salesforce migration. This candidate will need to be able to work cross functionally with different teams, and own the overall change management delivery. Salesforce experience isn't required but is preferred.
Develop and lead Change Management process and strategy
Experience creating/ developing trainings for end users
Experience working cross functional with the business and technical teams
Salesforce or CRM Change Management experience
