Top-Secret Scrum Master

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Scrum Master to support a federal client sitting in San Antonio, TX. The candidate will be working hand-in-hand with the product owner and program manager to oversee a team of systems engineers and software developers. This individual will be a key member of the team and should expect to be client-facing on a regular basis.

- Active Top Secret clearance

- 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager being client-facing

- Understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines

- Understanding of Agile and/or Scrum practices

- Good communication and presentation skills, able to be professional in front of government customer

- Understanding and knowledge of cyber security tools/industry

- Technical understanding in software and/or systems engineering
