A Fortune 500 company is looking for a Wire Data Engineer to come to join their team in Fort Worth,TX.
The Wiring Systems Engineer is responsible for: Developing system requirements, architecture, and interfaces for the aircraft wiring systems to integrate aircraft systems and manage databus and power requirements Develop aircraft wiring architecture, diagrams and schematics using Mentor Graphics Capital Harness Systems (CHS) toolset and release wiring drawings in coordination with aircraft systems engineers and wire routing and installation design engineers Evaluate wiring systems architecture in model-based design environment and architecture tools Support wiring supplier management, aircraft. This role will require you to be onsite majority of the time at this client's location near the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport. This client works a 9/80 schedule, so you will have off every other Friday.
* 5+ years of experience Developing system requirements, architecture, and interfaces for the aircraft wiring systems
* Must have experience with Enovia, DOORS, and Serena Dimensions Creation of system architecture and wiring schematics. Schematic creation using CHS Mentor Graphic
* Familiarity with military certification and industry standards, and multiple data protocols
* Designing and harness design experience using CSS logic XD, Xray Charlie, capital harness systems (next c)
* Significant history in harness design
* Hands on designing experience in harnesses themselves and engineering so they can't be built by manufacturer
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
