Boeing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst (Level 2) for their Dallas, TX facility. They will be an integral member of the Boeing Global Services Government Execution team. Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
* Engages stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
* Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
* Optimizes execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
* Manages performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
* Mitigates risks and issues.
* Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
Experience negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
4+ years' experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.
