A Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join their team as this client looks evolve their technology and drive more interconnectivity through their current systems and applications. This role will be hands on development in addition to some design and road mapping, so we are looking for an individual who enjoys being hands on in the code while also working with the team to define and design solutions to their current environment. This client is looking to drive domain driven and event driven architecture in a Microservices environment within their enterprise applications. You will be helping develop and architect web-based applications that interface with multiple SaaS components. This team supports a full stack of applications both web and desktop for internal applications, applications owned by their business partners, in addition to some external client applications. We are looking for someone proficient in backend development in C#/.NET who is self-sufficient and is looking to work in modern frameworks. This role is onsite 5x a week at this client's location near the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport. This client works a 9/80 schedule, so you will have off every other Friday.
6+ years of software engineering experience -- preferable enterprise level experience
-Proficient in .NET/C# programming and some design work -- primarily backend development
-Security Focused development on applications experience
-Hands on knowledge of Azure DevOp's tools and principles
-Looking for growth and upward career mobility with helping on multiple different small business applications and willing to contribute to designing ideas for architecture
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
* Experience with development tools such as SonarQube, Artifactory, and or Visual Studio
* Experience with containerization using Docker / Kubernetes
* Experience with using modern frameworks -- Angular, React, Vue, etc.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform
* Test Driven Development and Domain Driven Design
