The R&D team is seeking an experienced Hardware Technician, who will be responsible for part creation and evaluation, schematic entry, build of materials creation and maintenance, and interfacing between R&D and Manufacturing. Experience with debugging circuits, proficiency in soldering fine pitch surface mount components, and general programming concept knowledge will be beneficial.
* Work alongside engineers and technicians in the completion of specific R&D projects
* Assist engineers with validating Verification and Validation (V&V) for your project - signal level validation
* Work with Manufacturing to support production deployment of your project
* Reworking surface mount components (QFNs, BGA, etc)
* Create & maintain our products build of materials
* Schematic Entry with opportunity for PCB component layout
* Test, diagnose and debug technical challenges with your project
* Work and interact with a wide variety of staff in R&D hardware and software teams
* Rework and validation projects
* Schematic entry
* Associate's degree in Electronics/Electrical technology plus 4+ years of related experience - PCB level interface experience and early hardware development
* Independent prioritization
* Ability to listen and learn
