Job Description

Boeing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst Level 2 for our Dallas TX facility. The Supply Chain Analyst will be an integral member of the Boeing Global Services Government Execution team. Provides oversight and management of supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

Position Responsibilities:
Engages stakeholders to ensure that program customer product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection negotiation and contracting strategies.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
Optimizes execution of the supply chain balancing inventory supply orders and schedule demand.
Manages performance and relationship to ensure delivery quality financial stability and in-service performance.
Mitigates risks and issues.
Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
Experience negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Ability to travel 10 of the time.

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills Desired Skills/Experience:
Bachelors degree or higher preferred.
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning project/program management.
4 years experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.
