An employer is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to sit in San Antonio, TX. Candidate will provide help desk, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop, laptop, and tablet computers. Candidate must have great customer service as they will be helping all internal employees. Must be reliable, show up to work on time and be professional.
- 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT Support role
- Over the phone troubleshooting with computers/printers hardware and software
- 1-3 years in a customer service/technical support role
- Experience working with anywhere from 40-50 active tickets at a time
