Marketing Account Manager

Responsibilities and Expectations:

-Have or develop a detailed understanding of planned gifts marketing strategy and the special considerations of marketing to an older, senior audience.

-Maintain relationships and serve as primary contact for multiple clients.

-Work with internal creative team and external vendors to develop and deploy effective marketing campaigns.

-Create content for direct mail, email, and social media promotions.

-Manage budget, production, and delivery of all campaign types.

-Collaborate with senior leadership and data analytics on campaign strategy and results processing.

-Make recommendations on enhancements related to current and/or previous marketing initiatives and processes.

-Identify ways to innovate content creation & distribution, including new formats, strategic partnerships, and opportunities for placement.

Requirements:

-Must have 3 years of marketing experience including direct mail, digital. and social media.

-Ability to work independently to meet goals and deadlines.

-Strong writing, editing, and creative skills.

-Highly developed planning and organizational skills.

-Ability to interpret large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.

-Willing to support all departments as needed to ensure every team member has a happy and healthy work/life balance.

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

-This is an on-site position.

Education and Experience:

-Three years of successful account management experience in a marketing or advertising environment.

-Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, or Creative Arts preferred, but not required.
